The 74AC244MTC is a quadruple buffer from ON Semiconductor. It is a low-power, high-speed monolithic CMOS device in a tiny SOT-23 package which is compatible with low-cost assembly and printed circuit board (PCB) design. This device features four non-inverting buffers featuring series inputs and outputs, capable of driving up to 10 LS loads. The Buffer outputs can be connected in order to provide an eight-bit non-inverting buffer or an eight-bit non-inverting bus driver. The 74AC244MTC is designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages, from 2.3V up to 5.5V.
