74LCX06MTCX ON Semiconductor

The 74LCX06MTCX is a high-speed, low-power advanced CMOS logic device developed by ON Semiconductor. It is a single chip solution with logic-level translation capability and is pin-to-pin compatible with standard low voltage logic families. It has 6 input/output Schmitt-Trigger buffers with complementary outputs, and features the industry-standard 74LCX06 hex Schmitt-Trigger interface. The device is optimized for both high-density surface mount applications in systems where space and power consumption are important. It can provide a direct pathway between two logic families operating at different logic levels as well as between level shifting logic applications. The speed of this device is up to 100MHz for 5V and 12V power supply busses. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
