is the FAN73912MX. This driver IC is a dual full-bridge motor driver with features such as an integrated charge pump, a protected LOW-side MOSFET, and a power MOSFET for automotive applications. This IC provides protection against over-currents, over-temperatures, under-voltage, and excessive power dissipation. It is designed for high efficiency step-motor and permanent magnet synchronous motors. It includes a logic-compatible input and Charge pump output which allows for high frequencies and optimal motor control. This IC can also be used for brushless DC motor applications providing a fast turn-on, low interference, and considerable savings in board space.
