High-Current, High & Low-Side, Gate-Drive IC FAN7391 Description The FAN7391 is a monolithic high and lowside gatedrive IC, which can drive highspeed MOSFETs and IGBTs that operate up to wwwwww.onsemi.com.onsemi.cn +600 V. It has a buffered output stage with all NMOS transistors designed for high pulse current driving capability and minimum crossconduction. High voltage process and common mode noise canceling techniques provide stable operation of the highside driver under SOIC14 highdv/dt noise circumstances. An advanced levelshift circuit offers 14SOP highside gate driver operation up to V = 9.8 V (typical) for S CASE 751EF V =15 V. BS The advanced input filter of HIN provides protection against MARKING DIAGRAM shortpulsed input signals caused by noise. The UVLO circuit prevents malfunction when V and V are DD BS lower than the specified threshold voltage.
