The FAN9611MX with Power Factor Correction - PFC Interleaved Dual BCM PFC Controller is manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is an advanced, dual-channel, interleaved power factor correction (PFC) controller often used in phase shifted full bridge or half bridge interleaved topology, intended for demanding AC-DC applications such as server power supplies, storage systems, and other high-power applications. It includes a pair of basic control-mode (BCM) PFC channels that enable dual interleaved buck or buck-boost operation, which helps improve system efficiency and power quality. The controller also offers advanced current sensing and a high sampling loop of up to 400 kHz for improved dynamic response. It also features synchronous rectified multi-level gate drivers for faster dead time adjustment.
