FEP16DT is a high-speed, ultra-low power, enhanced flash microcontroller made by ON Semiconductor. It is a 16-bit device that is specifically designed for embedded systems. Its features include an on-chip flash program memory, 16Kbytes of RAM, two analog to digital (ADC) converters, two pulse-width-modulation (PWM) outputs, a watchdog timer, up to 10 general-purpose I/O pins, and an SPI port. The FEP16DT operates with a supply voltage of 1.8V to 3.6V and is optimized for very low power consumption and high clockspeed.
