The FODM124R2 Phototransistor Output Optocoupler manufactured by ON Semiconductor, is a 4-pin optocoupler with a Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitter and a Photo Darlington collector, delivered in a 4-pin plastic housing. It is designed for high isolation applications and can drive up to 200mA loads. It has a maximum transfer ratio of 0.2% at an input current of 5mA, and a minimum CTR of 200% at 10mA for both DC and AC signals. This device is able to retain its CTR to a minimum output current of 100µA. It has a high common mode rejection ratio and ultra-low input capacitance of 0.3pF for fast switching times. The FODM124R2 is widely used in data communication, consumer electronics, industry handsets and automotive applications.
