FQPF45N15V2 is a logic level part, meaning that it can turn on with low voltage when sourcing at least 4.5V. The breakdown voltage (BVds) of this part is rated up to 150V and has a on-state resistance (Rds) of 0.008 O. It can operate in high switch speed applications, with a maximum rating of 150V.
