MAX803 Series, NCP803 Series Very Low Supply Current 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Monitor www.onsemi.com The MAX803/NCP803 is a costeffective system supervisor circuit designed to monitor V in digital systems and provide a reset signal to CC MARKING the host processor when necessary. No external components are DIAGRAM required. 3 The reset output is driven active within 10 sec of V falling CC 3 SOT23 through the reset voltage threshold.
