MAX809 Series, MAX810 Series Very Low Supply Current 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Monitors The MAX809 and MAX810 are costeffective system supervisor www.onsemi.com circuits designed to monitor V in digital systems and provide a reset CC MARKING signal to the host processor when necessary. No external components DIAGRAM are required. The reset output is driven active within 10 sec of V falling CC 3 3 SOT23 through the reset voltage threshold. Reset is maintained active for a xxx M (TO236) timeout period which is trimmed by the factory after V rises above CC 1 CASE 318 the reset threshold. The MAX810 has an activehigh RESET output 1 2 2 while the MAX809 has an activelow RESET output. Both devices are available in SOT23 and SC70 packages. The MAX809/810 are optimized to reject fast transient glitches on SC70 xx M the V line. Low supply current of 0.5 A (V = 3.2 V) makes these CC CC (SOT323) devices suitable for battery powered applications.
