Is Now Part of To learn more about ON Semiconductor, please visit our website at www.onsemi.com Please note: As part of the Fairchild Semiconductor integration, some of the Fairchild orderable part numbers will need to change in order to meet ON Semiconductors system requirements. Since the ON Semiconductor product management systems do not have the ability to manage part nomenclature that utilizes an underscore ( ), the underscore ( ) in the Fairchild part numbers will be changed to a dash (-). This document may contain device numbers with an underscore ( ). Please check the ON Semiconductor website to verify the updated device numbers. The most current and up-to-date ordering information can be found at www.onsemi.com. Please email any questions regarding the system integration to Fairchild questions onsemi.com. It possesses the high noise Low input current: 1A maximum immunity and low power consumption of standard Fanout of 10 LS-TTL loads CMOS integrated circuits, along with the ability to drive Meta-stable hardened 10 LS-TTL loads. This flip-flop has independent data, preset, clear, and clock inputs and Q and Q outputs. The logic level present at the data input is transferred to the output during the positive-going transition of the clock pulse. Preset and clear are independent of the clock and accomplished by a low level at the appropriate input. The 74HCT logic family is functionally and pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by internal diode clamps to V and ground. CC MM74HCT devices are intended to interface between TTL and NMOS components and standard CMOS devices. These parts are also plug-in replacements for LS-TTL devices and can be used to reduce power consumption in existing designs.
