The MURB1620CTT4G is an Ultrafast Common Cathode rectifier manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is rated at 200V, 16A and has a power dissipation of 200W, with a forward drop voltage of 1.9V at an operating temperature of -55C to +150C. The device is packaged in a 4-pin through-hole package.
