NCP5181 High Voltage High and Low Side Driver The NCP5181 is a High Voltage Power MOSFET Driver providing two outputs for direct drive of 2 Nchannel power MOSFETs arranged in a halfbridge (or any other highside + lowside) configuration. www.onsemi.com It uses the bootstrap technique to insure a proper drive of the Highside power switch.
