NCV8715 Linear Voltage Regulator - Low Dropout, Ultra-Low Iq, Wide Input Voltage 50 mA www.onsemi.com The NCV8715 is 50 mA LDO Linear Voltage Regulator. It is a very stable and accurate device with ultralow ground current consumption MARKING (4.7 A over the full output load range) and a wide input voltage range DIAGRAMS (up to 24 V).
