The sensors support correlated (ZROT/NROT) double sampling (CDS) readout, reducing noise and 815/545 frames per second VGA (ZROT/NROT) increasing dynamic range. Frames Rate at Full Resolution (CMOS) The image sensors have onchip programmable gain 50/43 Frames per Second SXGA (ZROT/NROT) amplifiers and 10bit A/D converters. The integration time Onchip 10bit AnalogtoDigital Converter (ADC) and gain parameters can be reconfigured without any visible Four/Two/One LVDS High Speed Serial Outputs or image artifact. Optionally the onchip automatic exposure Parallel CMOS Output control loop (AEC) controls these parameters dynamically. The images black level is either calibrated automatically or Random Programmable Region of Interest (ROI) can be adjusted by adding a user programmable offset. Readout A high level of programmability using a four wire serial Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) peripheral interface enables the user to read out specific Automatic Exposure Control (AEC) regions of interest. Up to eight regions can be programmed, Phase Locked Loop (PLL) achieving even higher frame rates. High Dynamic Range (HDR) Modes Possible The image data interface of the P1SN/SE/FN devices Dual Power Supply (3.3 V and 1.8 V) consists of four LVDS lanes, enabling frame rates up to 210 40C to +85C Operational Temperature Range frames per second in Zero ROT mode for the PYTHON 1300. Each channel runs at 720 Mbps. A separate 48pin LCC synchronization channel containing payload information is Power Dissipation: provided to facilitate the image reconstruction at the 620 mW (P1, 4 LVDS, ZROT) receiving end. The P2SN/SE devices provide a parallel 420 mW (P1, P3, 2 LVDS, NROT) CMOS output interface at reduced frame rate. The 270 mW (P1, P3, 1 LVDS, NROT) P3SN/SE/FN devices are the same as the P1SN/SE/FN 420 mW (P2, ZROT) but with only two of the four LVDS data channels enabled, These Devices are PbFree and are RoHS Compliant facilitating frame rates of 90 frames per second in Normal ROT for the PYTHON 1300.
