RHRP3060 is a high-performance, low-side integrated gate driver from ON Semiconductor that is designed for driving IGBTs, Power MOSFETs, and other power switches. It features a high-side power supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) threshold of 12 V, a load current of up to 3 A, and a thermal shutdown of 170 °C. The part also features an RDS(ON) sense pin for overcurrent protection and an active pull-down for improved body diode recovery. This integrated circuit offers improved signal integrity, reduced EMI and noise, and wide signal compatibility.
