The TIP147G with Darlington Transistors BIP PNP 10A 100V manufactured by ON Semiconductor is a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) specifically designed for high current switching and amplifier applications. The TIP147G is a PNP type, high current Darlington pair housed in the TO-220 package. It has two independent NPN devices connected through a common emitter, making the TIP147G extremely effective at switching heavy load with high current at voltages up to 100V. Further, its low saturation voltage and high current gain of 1000 makes this transistor ideal for high frequency operations. Additionally, its reverse leakage current and output impedance are much lower than other power transistors in the market.
