GLV18-55/73/120 is a type of Photoelectric Sensor from Pepperl & Fuchs. This sensor is designed for monitoring the distances of objects and detecting presence, with a rectangular stainless steel body, a built-in discrete green LED light source, and a two-wire, DC switching output. The sensor provides sensing distance of 0.55m and has an adjustable sensing window of up to 1.73m. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°F to +176°F and is rated at an IP 67, with protection from dust and submersion in water. Additionally, it features shortcircuit and reverse polarity protection, and has a hazardous area certification ex ia IIC, FM and CSA for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
