Qorvo 1099993 is a high linearity, wideband monolithic single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch. The 1099993 offers a low insertion loss of 0.7 dB, low harmonics of -35 dBc, low intermodulation of -53 dBc, and high RF power handling up to +27 dBm. It is designed for applications in wireless and other RF systems such as signal switching, monitoring, and control. The 1099993 SPDT switch is a small size compact, ultra wideband switch that supports all band services from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. It is suitable for testing or embedding in high performance communications & receivers. The 1099993 provides a wide variety of switching functions including SPDT, 2SS, 3SS and multiplexers.
