The CMD163C4 is ideally suited for military, space and communi- cations systems where small size and high linear- ity are needed. The device is optimized for 21 GHz and delivers greater than 23 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +18 dBm and noise figure of 1.7 dB.
