The device operates from 33 to 45 GHz and delivers greater than 19 dB of gain with a RFIN RFOUT corresponding noise figure of 2.1 dB at 36 1 5 GHz. The CMD190 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
