The amplifier delivers 7 6 5 greater than 15 dB of gain with a correspond- ing noise figure of 2.2 dB and output 1 dB compression point of 19 dBm at 10 GHz. The CMD240 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching.
