The amplifier delivers 18 dB of gain Note: Vgg2 is optional for gain control with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +25 dBm and noise figure of 2.5 dB at 10 GHz. The CMD244 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching. The CMD244 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
