CMD308 2-6 GHz Low Noise Amplifier Product Overview Key Features The CMD308 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier Low Noise Figure ideally suited for microwave radios and S and C-band High Gain Broadband Performance applications where small size and low power consumption Low Current Consumption are needed. At 4 GHz the device delivers 32 dB of gain with Single Positive Bias a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +12 dBm Small Die Size and a noise figure of 1.5 dB.
