H7N1004DS-E is a high-performance general-purpose microcontroller from Renesas. It is based on their RX64M family of 32-bit devices, and is built using a 0.25µm process technology. It has 4K of RAM, 16K of flash memory, and four separate banks of 16-bit I/O pins. It also features two Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Time-Unit Interrupt (TUI) capability, an on-chip Debugger, a Watchdog Timer, and support for a range of communication protocols. It also has many other features, such as PWM and pulse-width timing, 16-bit timer/counter outputs, low-power modes, enhanced power-on reset protection, and programmable logic for peripheral control.
