The ICS501MLFT is a microcontroller from the Renesas S1JA Series. It is part of the Renesas Electronics RX family and is a low-power, 32-bit MIPS architecture compatible processor with 256 kB of flash memory, 16 KB of RAM, and a wide range of interfaces. It is a low power consumption option, which allows it to be used in applications with long standby times. Additionally, the ICS501MLFT can support up to 2MB of external code using an external memory, allowing developers to add more code and data to their applications. It can also support up to four general-purpose timers, and can accommodate up to 12 A/D converters and I2C, Serial, SPI, and CAN interfaces.
