A fixed frequency oscillator reduces design complexity, while balancing typical application cost Lossless, Programmable Overcurrent Protection and efficiency. - Uses Upper MOSFETs r DS(on) The error amplifier features a 15MHz gain-bandwidth Converter can Source and Sink Current product and 6V/s slew rate which enables high converter Small Converter Size bandwidth for fast transient performance. The resulting - Internal Fixed Frequency Oscillator PWM duty cycles range from 0% to 100%. - ISL6526: 300kHz Protection from overcurrent conditions is provided by - ISL6526A: 600kHz monitoring the r of the upper MOSFET to inhibit PWM DS(ON) Internal Soft-Start operation appropriately.
