DATASHEET ZL1505 FN6845 Rev 3.00 Synchronous Step-Down MOSFET Drivers February 25, 2011 The ZL1505 is an integrated high-speed, high-current Features N-channel MOSFET driver for synchronous step-down DC/DC High-speed, high-current drivers for synchronous N-channel conversion applications.
