Datasheet Three-Phase Brushless Motor Driver BD63005AMUV General Description Key Specifications BD63005AMUV is a Three-Phase Brushless Motor Power supply voltage rating 33V Driver with a 33V power supply voltage rating and a 2A Output current rating (Continuous): 2.0A (Note1) (3.5A peak) output current rating. It generates a driving Output current rating (Peak): 3.5 A signal from the Hall sensor and drives PWM through the Operating temperature range: -25 to +85C input control signal. In addition, the power supply can Stand-by current: 1.7mA(Max) use 12V or 24V and it has various controls and built-in Current limit detect voltage: 0.2V10% protection functions, making it useful for variety of Output ON Resistance (top & bottom total): purposes.
