The output current supplies up too 0.5A. BMM2P0161 which is PWM methodd DC/DC conveerter IC built-in 6650V MOSFET is used. Thee BM2P0161 coontributes to loww power consummption by built-inn a 650 V starting circuit. Curreent mode controol imposes curreent limitation onn every cyccle, providing superior performaance in bandwiddth and transientt response. Thee switching frequuency is 65 kHz in fixed moode. At light loadd, frequency is rreduced and higgh efficiency is rrealized. Built-inn frequency hoppping function coontributes to loww EMI. Loww on-resistance 1.0 650 V MOOSFET built-in contributes to loow power consuumption and eassy design.
