It enables simpler design of a high VCC(BM2P159T1F) : 10.60V to 16.21V effective converter specializing in non-isolated devices. VCC(BM2P249TF) : 10.60V to 26.80V This series has a built-in HV starter circuit that DRAIN : to 650V tolerates 650V, and it contributes to low power consumption. With a current detection resistor for Normal Operation Current 0.85mA (Typ.) switching as internal device, it can be designed as Burst Operation Current 0.45mA(Typ.) small power supply.
