The RN142SMT2R is a surface mount/TR type PIN diode made by ROHM. It is designed for a wide variety of high frequency applications such as attenuators and switching applications, RF signal switching, and voltage controlled optical power. It features a low noise figure of -35dB, a low capacitance of 2.2 pF and a Responsivity of 0.15A/W. It is vacuum-sealed and has a Pin Size of 2.0mm. The package size is 3620. This diode is suitable for both surface mount and through hole soldering.
