The RUH120N35L is a three-terminal metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET), offered by Ruichips, with a TO-252 package and ROHS compliance. It has a nominal drain source voltage (VDS) of 120V and drain current (ID) of 35A, making it suitable for high-power switching applications.
