The SI8420AB-C-IS is a 2.5 kV 2-channel digital isolator manufactured by Silicon Labs. This part uses two digital isolators to provide high-speed data transfer, as well as high-voltage protection, between two isolated systems. This part has a data transfer rate of up to 100 Mbps and the parts are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This part also provides a low 2.5 kV RMS isolation voltage and each channel provides 1.25 kV RMS of isolation. This part is RoHS-Compliant, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
