Small CSP (9-pin, 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.35 mm) package The device is provided in a 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.35 mm 9-pin CSP (MSL1, 260 C per JEDEC-J-STD-020) package. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1.
