This transistor is a current gain device suitable for operation in different applications from audio amplifiers up to DC-DC converters. It features high breakdown voltage, gain and case current capacity with very low saturation voltage. It has high DC current gain, high switching speed, high transition frequency and low on-state resistance, making it well suited for design of power switching circuits.
