It is designed for use in power amplifier applications and can handle up to 15amp of collector current. It has a 100V maximum collector emitter voltage and is rated for conduction of up to 60W of power. It is capable of delivering up to 130mArms of continuous collector current. It features a high current gain, a low saturation voltage, and a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
