The SPTECH TIP150 is a RoHS-compliant, Transistors TO-220C NPN/PNP component. It is designed to provide high-current, high-voltage, high-power switching capability and to function as an amplifier in consumer and commercial electronic devices. The TIP150 is composed of two NPN transistors in a single package with a common emitter and an adjustable base voltage. The two NPN transistors provide a high-current capability of up to 125 Amp, a high voltage of up to 50V, an operating frequency of up to 5MHz, a wide collector-emitter voltage range between -80V and +100V, and a continuous high power dissipation capability of up to 150W. The TIP150 is suitable for use in consumer, industrial, and commercial applications, such as power supplies, motor control and controls, and audio amplifiers.
