Additional Infomation About Product

The STMicroelectronics L6390D is a high-voltage, high-speed automotive 3-phase sinusoidal Brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver. The device integrates three half-bridge drivers with high voltage capability, capable of driving up to 15 A peak current, with current-sense and over-temperature protections. It is designed to deliver a high level of immunity to the common automotive EMI environments. The device is optimized for operating three phase fans and can be used for other motor control applications by manual configuration.
