The L6395DTR with Gate Drivers High VTG gate driver is an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) driver produced by STMicroelectronics. This device has a very high voltage rating up of up to 1200V, and its integrated high speed gate driver circuit can support a wide range of power switches up to 300A. The driver is rated for output currents of up to 3A and features level shifting, pulse-width modulation control, and independent logic and gate signals for each power switch.
