Additional Infomation About Product

The L6571BD013TR is a high-voltage half bridge gate driver manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It has two integrated half bridge driver channels with high dV/dt immunity to ensure reliable gate drive for a wide range of applications. The device provides an integrated floating bootstrap supply for the high side driver and an optional pull-up circuit to pre-charge the bootstrap capacitor through the on-chip switch before it is connected to the power rail. The device operates from 4.5 V to 28 V and it supports a wide range of temperatures from -40 to +150 °C. It has an integrated fault reporting system for overcurrent, overtemperature, and overvoltage protections. The L6571BD013TR is suitable for motor control, lighting applications, and industrial automation.
