M74HC4060 14-stage binary counter/oscillator Datasheet - production data Applications Automotive Industrial Computer SO16 TSSOP16 Consumer Description Features The M74HC4060 device is a high speed CMOS High speed: 14-stage binary counter/oscillator fabricated with 2 f = 65 MHz (typ.) at V = 6 V max CC silicon gate C MOS technology. Low power dissipation: The oscillator configuration allows design of either I = 4 A (max.) at T = 25 C CC A RC or crystal oscillator circuits. A high level on the High noise immunity: CLEAR accomplishes the reset function, i.e. all V = V = 28% V (min.) counter outputs are made low and the oscillator is NIH NIL CC disabled.
