The STP6NK60Z transistor by STMicroelectronics is a N-MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) unipolar device with a blocking voltage of 600V, a 3.8A current rating, a 110W power rating, and a TO220-3 package. This has an excellent on-state resistance for low power applications while providing a low trade-off between switching speed and gate charge. The TO220-3 package is a three-pin package with a tab for heatsink applications.
