The STTH812FP is a 600V N-channel power MOSFET, designed for power conversion and switching applications. It has a low on-state resistance and is designed for use in applications operating at a maximum junction temperature of 150?. It features an extended drain-source diode (or "reverse avalanche" diode) that helps protect against voltage transients. The STTH812FP is ideal for applications such as synchronous DC-DC buck converters, step-down and step-up converters, as well as lamp dimming applications.
