The AFE4410YZR is an ultra-small integrated analog front-end (AFE) with FIFO memory for wearable optical heart-rate monitoring and biosensing applications. It is manufactured by Texas Instruments and comes in a 30-pin, 0.5 mm pitch, dual-row, 6 mm x 6 mm, lead-free, RoHS-compliant, surface-mount, 30-DSBGA package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -20 to 70 C.
