The DS90C402M/NOPB part from Texas Instruments is a high-speed LVDS fanout buffer for transmitting multiple high-speed signals on a single cable. It is capable of transmitting up to four data pairs (eight signals) with up to 400 Mbps data/video rate. The device also supports LVDS differential signals with a maximum frequency of 167 MHz. The part is offered in an 8-pin NOPB (no-lead plastic) package, which is suitable for lead-free soldering applications. In addition, the device has temperature features such as over temperature fault protection and thermal shutdown.
