The ULQ2003AD is an integrated circuit produced by Texas Instruments. It combines three Darlington transistors in a single package, connected in a Darlington configuration. It is designed to provide amplification and switching capabilities to circuits. Each transistor has two inputs, three outputs, and can be used for output control or current amplification. The chip can be used as an amplifier, switch or line driver, and also features low saturation voltage and an excellent thermal stability. It also features low power dissipation for improved efficiency and reliability. Due to the integrated design, the ULQ2003AD achieves improved die area and reduced lead count.
