The TMI5111 with Power Management Specialized – PMIC SOP-8 RoHS is a special-purpose power management integrated circuit (PMIC) manufactured by TMI. It is packaged in a standard 8-pin small-outline package (SOP) and is RoHS compliant. The device contains a 5-channel linear regulator, which provides 200mA low drop-out (LDO) output voltage, and 3 channel low quiescent current (LQC) low drop-out (LDO) output voltage. With support for a wide input voltage of 2.3V to 5.5V, it is suitable for applications involving a wide range of input voltage levels. In addition to the activation pin control, the device supports I2C communication to facilitate remote control and monitoring. The device also features over voltage protection (OVP), internal thermal protection (TPS) and under voltage protection (UVP). The device is designed to deliver high accuracy voltage regulation, high efficiency, fast transient response, low noise, and low propagation delay at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
