The BPV22F-AS12 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode produced by Vishay. It has an operating voltage range of 2.8 to 24 V, with a peak pulse power of up to 600 W. Its breakdown voltage is 22 Volts, with a peak pulse current of 18 Amps. This diode is equipped with a small size, making it suitable for use in portable consumer electronics. It is designed with a low clamping voltage and low leakage current, as well as fast response time, making it ideal for high-frequency applications. It also has good ESD protection and is AEC-Q101 qualified to ensure quality and reliability.
