The relay requires a minimal amount of LED drive current to operate, making it ideal for battery UL powered and power consumption sensitive applications. cUL The relay is constructed using a GaAIAs LED for actuatio n VDE control and MOSFETs for the switching output. The relay employs current-limiting circuitry and can be configured for AC/DC or DC-only operation. ORDERING INFORMATION DIP-6 SMD-6 L H 1525 T R PART NUMBER ELECTR.
